We are recruiting a **Platform Engineer** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Maia with the possibility of working in a hybrid model. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field; * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Programming skills in Go and/or Python; * Experience with containers and orchestration including Kubernetes; * CKA or OpenShift certification (mandatory); * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and GitOps tools (Argo CD); * Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably Azure or GCP); * Experience using monitoring and observability stacks such as Grafana and Prometheus; * Experience with Infrastructure\-as\-Code (IaC) including Terraform and Crossplane; * Solid knowledge of Linux; * Fluent English (C1\). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in projects involving innovative and internationally scaled technology; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience, health insurance and life insurance; * Birthday leave and referral bonus.
