Integration into a dynamic team focused on excellence #### **About the Quality Engineer Position** **Quality Engineer \| Maia** ====================================== We are recruiting for our client, an automotive-sector company located in Maia, seeking to strengthen its team by hiring a Quality Engineer. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Monitor company performance with customers; * Conduct regular customer visits; * Coordinate cross-functional meetings to improve performance; * Manage complaints and non-conformities using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys; * Monitor customer satisfaction indicators; * Prepare and maintain quality documentation; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Facilitate FMEAs and other quality tools; * Manage measurement equipment and control systems; * Participate in PPAP preparation and supplier follow-up; * Develop continuous improvement plans and support production in resolving quality issues. **Requirements** -------------- * Higher education degree in Engineering; * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of quality standards and tools (FMEA, MSA, 8D, PPAP, VDA 6\.3, LPA); * Good command of English; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Offer** ---------- * Integration into a challenging project in the automotive sector; * Professional development and participation in continuous improvement projects; * Integration into a dynamic team focused on excellence.
