These functions aim to promote educational inclusion, equal opportunities, social cohesion, and academic success through the implementation of mediation strategies, sociocultural interventions, and community engagement initiatives—particularly in contexts marked by cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic diversity. Such functions specifically include: identifying intervention needs; designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating intercultural, educational, and sociocultural projects and activities; mediating conflicts and facilitating communication among students, families, and the school community; developing actions to prevent absenteeism, dropout, and exclusion; coordinating with external services and entities; and preparing technical reports, diagnostics, and monitoring tools.
