




We are recruiting a Process Manager – Authorizations to join a leading company in health insurance management. Your responsibilities - Contractually analyze processes related to the issuance of pre-authorizations and responsibility statements; - Properly prepare files for corresponding clinical review and enter related review information into the computer system, maintaining the process history; - Make necessary contacts to resolve cases, redirecting them whenever they fall outside the scope of this role’s responsibilities; - Draft response letters (e.g., responsibility statements, denial letters, etc.) and send them to Clients and Providers. Requirements - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience in the healthcare sector (preferred); - Experience in back-office/front-office roles within healthcare facilities; - Experience with billing, pre-authorizations, and responsibility statements; - Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; - Immediate availability for a schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. What we offer - Base salary: €920; - Meal allowance: €10.20.
