Main Responsibilities: \- Providing personalized customer service and follow-up; \- Supporting purchase trials and the purchasing process; \- Managing the daily schedule, preparing appointments in advance to ensure personalized service and customer satisfaction; \- Administrative tasks (phone support, cash register closing, goods receiving, inventory management, etc.); \- Maintaining the store's professional image by organizing both the sales area and the atelier; \- Supporting the atelier team. Candidate Profile: \- Experience in sales and personalized customer service, preferably in fashion (experience in bridal sales is a strong advantage); \- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; \- Sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills; \- Positive attitude and strong teamwork and mutual support skills.
