




Responsibilities: * Plate food; * Assist in food preparation, cutting, and cooking according to instructions from supervisors; * Label meals with production date, expiration date, and destination flight identification, ensuring compliance with safety standards required by the Company, regulatory authorities, and clients; * Clean production equipment according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system standards and Company rules regarding temperatures, disinfection of all materials, and agreed quality parameters and service levels; * Complete and ensure completion of forms and other records related to cooking methods and their execution; * Collaborate with other team members on various activities and/or projects, applying knowledge flexibly to contribute to service optimization; * Correctly separate organic and non-differentiated waste and perform respective segregation; Requirements: * Completion of 9th grade; * Experience in similar roles; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including rotating days off; * Punctual and assiduous; Offer: * Attractive average monthly salary package; * Contract with Gi Group, with prospects for continuity; * Integration into a market-leading company; * Initial and ongoing training; * Dedicated contact team at the workplace
