Quality Management * Contribute to updating, managing, and modernizing the Quality Management System as it pertains to Human Resources processes. Reporting * Ensure production of statistical information and management data to substantiate, support, and promote corporate management decisions. Internal Customer Relationship Management * Ensure internal customer support by resolving organizational and people-related issues, thereby maintaining organizational flexibility and enhancing the company’s operational development, optimizing resources and improving well-being across all factories. **Qualifications** **Qualifications and Experience** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or 3–5 years of relevant professional and technical experience; * Proficiency in English; * Proficiency in Office tools and ERP systems; * Pedagogical Competence Certificate (preferred). **Additional Information** **Additional Requirements** * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; * Proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, and results orientation; * Willingness to travel within the Northern region of the country; * Availability for on-site work with schedule options: 09:00–13:00 | 14:00–18:00 or 08:30–13:00 | 14:00–17:30.
