We launched in November 2018 with an extremely ambitious and professional team; we now operate 60 restaurants across Italy, Portugal, France, the UK, and Spain. To reinforce our success, we are seeking a Shift Manager for one of our "Houses", who will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in achieving the company-defined objectives for store and team management. About the Role: * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, improving your colleagues' skills * Manage the cash register and the entire store, aiming to maintain—and whenever possible improve—our standards * Responsible for implementing safety rules for staff, monitoring HACCP, and keeping the store clean and disinfected * Responsible for maintaining and ensuring proper operation of store equipment Soft Skills: * Passion for Food Tech * Goal-oriented * Organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict management, and feedback delivery * Entrepreneurial mindset and stress management * Flexible schedule * Enthusiasm and positive attitude * Teamwork and communication skills Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Manager (ideally in restaurants, bars, or cafés) * Proficiency in Office software * English level B2/C1 What We Offer: * Employment contract and salary commensurate with candidate's seniority * Opportunity to join a project from day one and understand how a successful company grows and evolves * Possibility to work across all our stores, both within and outside Portugal * New colleagues and friends * Schedule: Full-time Type of Position: Full-time, Temporary Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,100.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Experience: * Assistant Management: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
