Development of mechanical and metalworking projects We are looking for a Mechanical / Metalworking Engineer to join our team, capable of developing projects, creating technical solutions, and directly overseeing production. Main Responsibilities: \- Development of mechanical and metalworking projects; \- Creation and modification of 2D technical drawings and 3D models; \- Preparation of manufacturing drawings and documentation; \- Oversight of project execution during production; \- Organization and guidance of manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with drawings, deadlines, and technical requirements; \- Technical support to operators during manufacturing and assembly processes; \- Identification and resolution of technical issues in the production environment; \- Process improvement and optimization of structural solutions; \- Liaison with suppliers and support in procurement of materials and components. Required Profile: \- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking Engineering, or related field; \- Solid experience or knowledge in 3D drawing and modeling (SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or equivalent); \- Knowledge of metalworking manufacturing (welding, cutting, bending, machining, and assembly); \- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate designs into manufacturable solutions; \- Ability to lead, organize, and supervise production teams; \- Good command of technical English (spoken and written); \- Initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: \- Industrial environment experience; \- Experience in production management or team coordination; \- Knowledge of mechanical design calculations and material selection.
