As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in ensuring professional and welcoming service, delivering an enjoyable experience from arrival through departure. Responsibilities: \- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. \- Conduct check-ins and check-outs efficiently. \- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information about the hotel and its services. \- Manage reservations and update the hotel property management system (PMS). \- Manage online booking platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia, ensuring accurate updates of rates, promotions, and availability to prevent overbookings. \- Issue invoices, process payments, and ensure proper verification of guest and supplier accounts. \- Resolve guest requests and issues promptly and empathetically. \- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellence in service delivery. \- Verify that guest rooms and common areas meet the hotel’s excellence standards, reporting any improvement needs. \- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk. Qualifications and Competencies: \- Excellent oral and written communication skills. \- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are an asset). \- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms. \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and organized environment. \- Proactive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
