Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of teams at events; * Operational support and on-site assistance during services; * Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction; * Logistics organization and event preparation; * Timing management and support in setup/teardown; * Coordination with kitchen, logistics, and other operational team members. Required Profile: * Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry; * Experience in team coordination (preferred); * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; * Good communication skills and ability to manage stress; * Flexible availability, including weekends; * Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement).
