Job Summary: Elergos, an electrical panel manufacturer based in Mafra, is seeking to strengthen its production team with technicians and candidates possessing potential for assembly and wiring. Career progression linked to demonstrated skills and autonomy Elergos, a manufacturer of power and automation electrical panels, has been operating in Mafra for 19 years and is seeking to reinforce its production team — from candidates without experience but with high potential, to technicians capable of working autonomously. Who Can Apply * Individuals holding a vocational qualification in electricity, electrotechnics, electronics, automation, or related fields. * Technicians with experience in assembly, wiring, electrical maintenance, or electrical panels. * Individuals without technical training who demonstrate excellent attitude, dexterity, punctuality, and learning ability. Experience with electrical panels is valued but not mandatory. The entry level will be determined by demonstrated experience and an appropriate practical test aligned with the candidate’s profile.
