Opportunity for progression into operational coordination roles **Position Context** Support role for Factory Management, focusing on factory operational coordination and monitoring actions across production, maintenance, and logistics. **Mission** Support Factory Management in factory operational coordination, ensuring monitoring of actions across production, maintenance, and logistics, as well as consolidation of critical information to support decision-making. Support Factory Management in daily operational coordination, ensuring cross-departmental follow-up of actions, consolidation of critical information, and monitoring of decision implementation. Support Factory Management in production planning, ensuring fulfillment of customer orders and achievement of defined production targets. **Responsibilities** * Follow-up of actions across production, maintenance, and logistics * Direct reporting to Factory Management regarding operational bottlenecks, deviations, and risks * Monitoring implementation of Factory Management decisions * Ensuring information flow between departments * Identification and suggestion of minor improvements in the production process * Using the implemented production software to ensure system data reflects actual factory conditions and that information triggers action. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in Food Engineering (mandatory or strongly preferred) * 0–3 years of experience in an industrial environment * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel * Effective communication skills in a factory environment * Organized, rigorous, and execution-oriented **What We Offer** * Direct interaction with Factory Management * Exposure to continuous improvement and real factory projects * Opportunity for progression into operational coordination roles * Integration into a dynamic industrial environment * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience Work Location: On-site
