Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and hospitality-passionate professional to join our dining room, bar, and pantry team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and integration into a distinctive concept. **Dining Room / Bar / Pantry (Part\-Time)** NÉVOA CAFÉ Sintra, Portugal Initially part\-time — 30 hours per week (Salary: €700–€900) Includes weekends and holidays Névoa Café seeks a dynamic, responsible, and hospitality-passionate professional to join our dining room / bar / pantry team. We seek someone with proven experience in hospitality—preferably in cafés or food service—who speaks English and Portuguese fluently, pays exceptional attention to detail, excels at preparing coffees/lattes/cappuccinos/etc., as well as beverages and cocktails, enjoys and excels at teamwork, and consistently delivers excellent service even during peak hours. (With potential to transition to full time — 40 hours per week — soon!) **Main Responsibilities** * Greet customers in a very friendly, courteous, welcoming, and professional manner * Prepare high-quality, consistent coffee and hot beverages * Prepare cocktails, drinks, and simple beverages * Deliver snacks, cakes, pies, sandwiches, and appetizers prepared by the kitchen to customers * Organize, prepare, and clean the workstation/bar/pantry/dining room * Restock and monitor inventory of beverages and all items related to bar/pantry output * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants * Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory); additional languages are valued * Strong communication and customer service skills (an exceptionally friendly, communicative, and welcoming person) * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments * Organization, focus, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork spirit * Availability to work on weekends **We Value** * Experience in cultural venues, modern cafés, or hospitality settings * Latte art knowledge * Additional languages * Interest in gastronomy, coffee, drinks, and hospitality experiences **We Offer** * Creative, pleasant, and welcoming work environment * Young, cheerful, and collaborative team * Opportunity for growth * Integration into a distinctive cultural and gastronomic concept in Sintra **How to Apply** Send an updated CV and a brief introduction to: atendimento@nevoacafe.pt Compensation: €700.00–€900.00 per month Experience: * Waiter duties, coffee and drink preparation: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * Advanced English and Portuguese (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
