




Summary: Seeking an L2 Support Engineer for Internet Services to coordinate corrective actions and ensure service recovery and compliance within a network internet access/ZTNA team. Support Zscaler Internet Security solutions globally We are looking for a L2 Support Enginer for Internet Services. This position is part of our client's Network Internet Access/Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) team. The L2 Support will coordinate and execute all necessary corrective actions, including the involvement of subcontractors to reach the full recovery of the services and compliance with Service Levels. Good networking knowledge is expected together with strong language skills and understanding of modern computer networks with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. **MANDATORY SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:** \> Advanced English communication skills. \> Ability to troubleshoot PAC File incidents, SAML or authentication issues, firewalls and Bandwidth Control Throotling. \> Knowledge of various network technologies and platforms, such as IPSEC, GRE, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, ARP, SD\-WAN, Cisco IOS. \> Good knowledge of IP networks (IPv4, IPv6, routing BGP, OSPF) \> Basic knowledge of monitoring protocols (SNMP, Netflow, PRTG) \> Experience with relevant network tools (eg.
