**Technical Director – Elderly Care Area**

A Social Solidarity Institution, deeply rooted in the community and recognized for the quality of its social responses, is currently recruiting a **Technical Director** for the **elderly care area**.
This role is for those who believe that **leadership is caring**, and that high-quality social intervention requires technical rigor, empathy, and a human-centered vision. We seek someone eager to play an active role in improving the quality of life of older adults, leading committed teams dedicated to dignified, person-centered, and excellent service.
***The Challenge***
· Assume **Technical Leadership** of services targeting the elderly population, ensuring quality, safety, and legal compliance;
· Lead and inspire **multidisciplinary teams**, fostering both personal and professional development;
· Plan, organize, and monitor person-centered care, services, and activities;
· Foster close, trusting relationships with **service users, families, and external partners**;
· Implement **continuous improvement practices**, ensuring increasingly humanized service delivery;
· Collaborate closely with Management/Administration and social sector entities;
· Contribute to a collaborative, ethical workplace aligned with values of solidarity and respect.
***The Profile We Seek***
· Higher education degree in **Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Social Education**, or related fields;
· Prior experience in **Technical Leadership** or coordination roles within social services (preferred);
· Knowledge of the legal framework applicable to elderly care;
· Ability to exercise proximity-based leadership, make decisions, and manage teams;
· Strong social awareness, professional ethics, and emotional intelligence;
· Excellent communication skills, empathy, and conflict management abilities;
· Capacity to work effectively with diverse teams in demanding contexts.
