We produce artisanal gelato and ice cream sold across four locations in Lisbon and distributed throughout Portugal. Our flagship store, located in the heart of the city, features an open laboratory where daily gelato production can be observed. We seek someone who enjoys the food service and ice cream sector to collaborate **Full\-Time** in customer service, with immediate start. **Main Responsibilities:** . Focus on customer well-being; . Desire to advise customers and expand knowledge about products sold; . Foster a culture of friendly, attentive, and efficient service; . Execute sales for in-store consumption (POS) and delivery platforms; . Perform store opening or closing procedures; . Stock replenishment and inventory control; . Adhere to HACCP regulations; .
