**Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, delivers training, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and within digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting for the role of Senior Solution Architect!** **Your mission:** * Work closely with agile product development teams responsible for building core applications supporting our global logistics network—such as international parcel routing APIs or Parcel Shop search functionality. * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to design IT solutions that translate their ideas and vision into reality. * Guide development teams in building modern cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring reliability and scalability requirements are met. * Design and guide DevOps workflow automation to ensure efficient software delivery processes. * Enhance shared infrastructure (Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Apigee API Gateway) in collaboration with the platform engineering team, enabling product teams to focus on developing their solutions. * Build prototypes and experiment with emerging technologies to continuously improve existing solutions. * Support IT architects across international subsidiaries in identifying solutions for diverse technological challenges. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent professional education/experience. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the role. * Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and strategies, with proven experience in Cloud Architect roles (AWS or Azure). * Experience implementing scalable microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as developing security and identity concepts. * Strong problem-analysis capabilities and ability to clearly and accessibly communicate complex ideas. * English and Portuguese (C1/C2). **Work Model:** Hybrid, 2 days per week. **Location:** Venda do Pinheiro, Mafra
