**PPM Coachers is recruiting for the role of Database Administrator (DB2)!**
**Your mission:**
* Analyze and optimize DB2 database performance in medium- and large-scale Linux environments
* Ensure maintenance and evolution of core datasets supporting daily business operations
* Adapt to existing frameworks while actively contributing to the definition of new approaches
* Develop robust, scalable, fast, and reliable solutions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including frontend and backend developers, mainframe specialists, technology architects, and operations teams
* Ensure database monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous performance improvement
**Requirements:**

* Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* **Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM DB2 LUW administration and troubleshooting**
* Strong experience in Performance Tuning and optimization of queries, statements, and procedures
* Experience in high-performance environments and mission-critical systems
* Solid knowledge of Linux administration (SLES, CentOS)
* Experience with VMware virtualization (user perspective)
* Experience integrating DB2 LUW with tools such as Siebel or Cognos (preferred)
* Analytical, autonomous, proactive profile with strong sense of responsibility
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* **English and Portuguese at C1/C2 level.**

**Work model:** Hybrid, 2 days per week.
