Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to strengthen our teams, with responsibilities including subcontractor procurement, construction site supervision, and budgetary support. Focus on electrical installations and security systems Constructora San José is looking to strengthen its teams with a Facilities Engineer (M/F) for projects in the Greater Lisbon area. **Responsibilities:** * Procurement of subcontractors; * Monitoring and supervision of construction works; * Budgetary support for construction projects at DEC upon request; * Analysis of errors and omissions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering; * Immediate availability (preferred); * Knowledge of special installations (electrical installations, fire protection systems, intrusion prevention systems, KNX, telecommunications, HVAC, piping); * Residence in the Greater Porto region (preferred); * Responsible, rigorous, dynamic, proactive, and determined; * Team spirit and ability to integrate easily into new contexts.
