Candidate Profile: \- Educational qualifications equivalent to or higher than 12th grade in administrative/management fields \- General management knowledge \- Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese \- Prior experience in condominium administration and management will be highly valued \- Availability to attend condominium meetings after 6:00 PM \- Valid driver's license \- Experience in telephone and in-person customer service \- User-level computer skills (Windows, email, Word, Excel) \- Ability to quickly learn new software \- Teamwork orientation \- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills \- Strong sense of responsibility \- Organizational ability \- Time management skills \- Proactivity \- Dynamism Working Hours: Full-time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
