Summary: Lead Learning & Development initiatives, designing training, optimizing e-learning, and supporting talent growth as a key expert in a fast-growing startup. Highlights: 1. Dynamic and fast-paced work environment ROLE: Develop, implement, and manage the Annual Learning \& Development Plan Design and coordinate internal and external training (in\-person, online, hybrid) Oversee and optimize the e\-learning platform and monitor learning analytics Create, review, and maintain training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, workshops) Lead internal events, team\-building sessions, and engagement initiatives Support onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal learning policies Track, analyze, and report L\&D KPIs while recommending improvements Serve as a talent development expert supporting managers and employees QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in Learning \& Development or Talent Management Proven skills in training design, L\&D strategy, and event organization Strong analytical, planning, and strategic\-thinking abilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Proactive, collaborative, and results\-driven mindset Ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels OFFER: Key role in a fast\-growing startup Young, dynamic, and fast\-paced work environment Growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact Staff discounts, health insurance, gym benefits, and more On\-site role based in Cacém – Sintra Company committed to equal opportunities for all applicants Tipo de oferta: Período Integral
