This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and evolution of critical databases supporting daily business operations. You will play an essential role in ensuring system performance, stability, and scalability, working in high-demand environments alongside multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience**; * Experience in **High-Performance Computing** environments; * Solid knowledge of **Linux administration (SLES, CentOS)**; * Experience with **VMware virtualization (as a user)**; * Minimum of **5 years of experience in IBM DB2 LUW administration and troubleshooting**; * Experience integrating DB2 LUW with **Siebel or Cognos** (preferred); * Strong expertise in **query, statement, and procedure optimization**; * Good communication skills and fluency in English; * Availability for a hybrid work model: **1 day per week at the office (Venda do Pinheiro – Lisbon/Porto)**.
