Strengthening of operational security and service continuity **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Systems and technological infrastructure administration; * Technical management and monitoring of server, network, and support platform environments; * Support in access, profile, and permission management; * Technical coordination and follow-up with external vendors and service providers; * Support in resolving incidents and technical issues impacting operations; * Support in technical documentation and transfer/structuring of operational knowledge; * Strengthening of operational security and service continuity. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in systems administration and/or proven experience in enterprise environments, including at least two of the following operating systems: Windows and/or Linux; * + Infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP or equivalents); + Virtualization and/or cloud; management of virtualized environments. * Administration of network and access infrastructures; * Technical monitoring of firewalls, VPNs, and remote access mechanisms; * Management of privileged access and administrative profiles; * Coordination with technology vendors in operational contexts; * Incident response and troubleshooting in enterprise environments; * Technical documentation of infrastructure and systems; * Operation within business continuity contexts and mitigation of technological risk; * Proven experience in critical enterprise environments.
