Work in a structured, international ICT organization **Software Developer (.NET)** **About the role** We are looking for Software Developers (.NET) to join an ICT development team supporting enterprise\-level systems for a major EU agency. You'll design, develop, and maintain mission\-critical software solutions — including asset management, HR management, and financial management systems — within a structured, international ICT organization. **What you'll do** * Design and develop enterprise\-level .NET software systems * Translate business and technical requirements into robust software design * Optimize software for performance, security, and quality * Produce technical documentation and estimate effort/time for development * Set and follow software development standards * Propose technical solutions to business needs and technical problems * Collect and interpret software metrics * Manage configuration and releases * Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment * Test solutions and develop testing tools; prototype solutions * Act as 2nd/3rd line support * Lead development teams where required **What we're looking for** **Must\-have experience** * 4\+ years of IT\-relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar development role or relevant to the profile * At least 2 years of experience with mission\-critical, complex enterprise systems — including asset management, human resources management, and/or financial management * Has been through at least one complete software development lifecycle * Proven ability to develop enterprise\-level software systems in the .NET technology domain * Proficient in designing and developing across data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer * Working knowledge of UML for application design * Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments * Ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively * Strong problem\-solving skills **Education, languages \& certifications** * Bachelor's degree in an ICT\-relevant field * English proficiency at CEFR level B2 or above * At least one intermediate\-level certification in software development relevant to the .NET domain (or an internationally recognized equivalent) **Work model** * Remote from EU (Travels to Poland foreseen)
