Summary: The Lead Project Manager will drive strategic projects from initiation to completion, coordinating across departments and contributing to overall company direction. Highlights: 1. Professional growth and career development The Lead Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be accountable for initiating, planning, executing, and completing strategic projects that are crucial to the organization. This role will involve coordinating with various departments within the organization, as well as possibly collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders. ROLE: Identify, analyze, and solve critical issues facing the organization across functions; Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects; Work closely with department heads and the C\-suite to align organizational efforts with strategic objectives; Produce data\-informed insights for strategy formulation; Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently; Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and direction. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline; MBA is strongly recommended; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consulting, project management or business strategy; Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems; Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently; Leadership and the ability to work cross\-functionally and independently.
