About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our technical team in Lisbon (hybrid model). This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance, combining expertise in observability, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps culture. The professional will be a key contributor to maintaining service availability and continuously improving monitoring, deployment, and recovery processes. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on the ELK stack. * Proven experience in DevOps environments. * Experience implementing and maintaining observability platforms. * Experience implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructures. Technical Skills * Proficiency in the following technologies and tools: * Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) * Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration * Kafka, Prometheus, N8N, Ansible, GitHub, and Terraform * Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell). * Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking. * Knowledge of cloud concepts, technologies, and services (AWS and Azure). * Familiarity with ITIL and Agile principles and tools. Certifications * Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA) (mandatory or in progress). * Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Autonomy and accountability in managing technical operations. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in bilingual contexts. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement and system resilience.
