Come be part of Inetum! **Job Description** The IT Ops ensures the **stability, performance, and reliability of production environments** within an Agile and DevOps framework. **Key Responsibilities** * Contribute to the **technical solution design**, ensuring production and security requirements are included * Integrate **infrastructure and operational needs** into the product backlog * Support and train teams on **production best practices** * Facilitate **deployment and availability of production resources** * Ensure **monitoring, supervision, and service reliability** * Maintain environments (Prod \& Non\-Prod) and resolve **operational issues** * Drive **continuous improvement** (automation, performance, optimization) **Overall Mission** Guarantee that solutions are **production\-ready, secure, scalable, and efficiently operated**. **Qualifications** Tools \& Methodologies * Monitoring tools: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace * DevOps stack: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, Mattermost * Containers: Docker, Kubernetes * Methodologies: Agile \& DevOps Languages * English B2\+ Essential: * 2\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure \& production operations * Knowledge of IT risk \& cybersecurity * Strong coordination, delegation, and analytical skills * Critical thinking and ability to summarize effectively * Proactive, committed, and able to coach others
