We are looking to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect as Assistant Construction Manager for the Lisbon area, with the following qualifications: **Responsibilities:** . Construction management during project review; . Monitoring progress and execution of construction work; . Supervising and ensuring proper preparation of measurement certificates; . Analyzing and reporting on technical and economic performance of the construction work; . Promoting compliance with safety regulations. **Profile:** . Civil Engineer or Architect with minimum 3 years of experience in construction management (mandatory); **. Proficiency in computer tools:** Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Architects; . Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills; .
