Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our technical team and collaborate on architectural project development and construction supervision, within a growing real estate company. We are looking for a **Junior Architect** to join our technical team and collaborate on architectural project development and construction supervision. **Responsibilities**: * Development and collaboration on **architectural projects**; * Knowledge of **RJUE legislation** and procedures for submitting applications to the Municipal Council (licensing, prior notification, PIP, among others); * Support in **construction coordination and supervision**; * On-site technical supervision, ensuring correct execution of works; * Assistance in preparing **technical documentation, measurements, and quantity schedules**; * Coordination with **design teams, inspection teams, contractors, and construction teams**; * Participation in meetings with clients and suppliers, as required. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Architecture**; * **1–3 years of experience** in architectural project development; * Knowledge and experience in **construction supervision**; * Proficiency in technical software (**ArchiCAD/AutoCAD and Microsoft Office**); * Ability to read and interpret drawings; * Valid driver’s license, **Category B**; * Updated portfolio of projects (mandatory); * Good English communication skills (preferred). **Desired Profile**: * Proactivity, dynamism, and energy; * Versatile, organized, and solution-oriented profile; * Interest and motivation for the **construction and architecture field**; * Ability to **work in a team and communicate effectively**; * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Willingness to embrace new challenges and projects. **Conditions**: * Integration into a dynamic and growing team; * Opportunity for professional development and advancement; * Full-time employment contract; * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Work location: **Alcabideche**, with activities (projects and construction) across the **Lisbon Metropolitan Area**. **Interested candidates should send an updated CV to:** primazianumericalda@gmail.com Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
