The role includes full responsibility for managing the supply chain process for our clients – from receiving goods from suppliers to fulfilling orders and coordinating final shipments to end customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage all logistics operations within the 3PL center, including: Receiving goods from suppliers/clients Inventory management and stock control Warehouse organization and storage management Processing and handling customer orders Picking, packing, and preparing shipments Coordinating deliveries with local and international carriers Ensure high service quality, process efficiency, and SLA compliance Maintain ongoing communication with clients, suppliers, and the operations team Generate operational reports and perform routine audits Identify issues and continuously improve logistics workflows Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment Requirements: Proven experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments – required Strong proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) – required Excellent organizational and management skills Experience with inventory management systems / WMS – an advantage Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills Availability for full-time work in Lisbon Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with shipping companies, international logistics, or e-commerce operations Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
