Summary: Greenvolt Group is seeking a Procurement Analyst Trainee to support the Non-Core Procurement team, offering hands-on experience and exposure to operational processes and cross-functional projects in an international setting. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives At Greenvolt Group, we are looking for a **Procurement Analyst Trainee** to join our Non\-Core Procurement team. This is a hands\-on role offering exposure to operational processes and cross\-functional projects in an international environment. **What you will do** You will support the Procurement team in day\-to\-day activities, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives: * Support procurement processes, including purchase requests and supplier follow\-up * Work with SAP on the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs) * Assist in Non\-Core categories such as fleet management, travel, and facilities * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization * Support data analysis, reporting, and tool development (Excel / Power BI) * Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders * Participate in meetings, follow\-ups, and supplier communication **Requirements** **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field; * Interest in Procurement / Supply Chain; * Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Fluency in English; * Strong analytical skills, organization, and proactivity; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Benefits** **What do we have to offer?** * Direct internship contract with us; * Hybrid work model (2 days of remote work per week); * Free birthday day; * Being part of an international environment. *We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!*
