And it all begins with our oral health. **We are strengthening our Reception Team at our clinic.** Reporting to the Clinic Coordination team, our Reception Team must ensure personalized welcoming services, guiding patients upon arrival and departure from the clinic. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across various stations to ensure all locations have the vehicles selected by customers in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Manage requests and authorize vehicle transfers, create transfer records, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of required movements; * Conduct internal audits by randomly checking vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computer records; * Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle's condition, request towing when needed, and forward to the workshop, verify mileage and fuel level, and issue refueling instructions if necessary; * Activate on the platform the indication of vehicles ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position vehicles appropriately within the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the necessary documentation to comply with legal and internal regulations; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and clarifying doubts when necessary; * Perform check-in of returned vehicles, inspecting and recording any damages; * Enter Sixt fuel receipts into the platform for cost control purposes; * Monthly analyze the fuel report, cross-check data with system entries to identify and correct errors; * Monthly send information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory tracking; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services about scheduled maintenance, making them unavailable for rental, and instruct subcontracted staff to deliver them to the workshop; * Carry out other unspecified tasks essential for achieving objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of Sixt. **Profile** ---------- * Compulsory minimum education level (12th grade); * Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Class B driver's license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible Group currently implementing several growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real career progression opportunities based on performance and demonstrated competencies; * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
