Main responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of dishes according to established standards and recipes. Organization and cleaning of the work area. Collaboration in the creation of new dishes and suggestions. Stock control and waste reduction. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues whenever necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role. Knowledge of HACCP. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. Team spirit, responsibility and punctuality. Willingness to learn and grow.
