Dynamic and multicultural work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting an **Animation Manager (m/f)** for Porto Santo. **Our Client** An All-Inclusive hotel property. **Responsibilities** \- Coordinate and supervise the hotel's animation team; \- Plan weekly and seasonal activity programs for different audiences (adults, children, and families); \- Organize themed events, shows, games, sports activities, and workshops; \- Ensure close and welcoming interaction with guests; \- Manage schedules, shifts, and operational requirements of the team; \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all activities; \- Collaborate with front office, food & beverage, and marketing departments to promote activities; \- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements; \- Control animation-related materials, equipment, and budget; \- Participate in creating content for social media and internal promotion of activities. **Requirements** \- Prior experience in tourism animation or team coordination roles; \- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; \- Enthusiasm, creativity, and customer orientation; \- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; \- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are valued); \- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; \- Knowledge of sports activities, dance, fitness, or entertainment will be considered an advantage; \- Education in Tourism, Tourism Animation, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). **What Our Client Offers** \- Integration into a leading hotel group; \- Opportunity for professional development and growth; \- Challenging, dynamic, and multicultural work environment; \- Compensation and benefits commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience.
