




Raisemeup is recruiting a Hotel Solutions Project Coordinator (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A company specialized in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of equipment for the hotel and restaurant industry. Responsibilities \- Lead the complete project lifecycle \- from conception, planning, execution, monitoring to final delivery and post\-implementation follow\-up; \- Define schedules, goals, budgets, and resources for each project, aligned with company standards and client expectations; \- Collaborate with technical teams (engineering, installation, maintenance) and suppliers, ensuring coordination across different disciplines (HVAC, furniture, kitchens, refrigeration, etc.); \- Ensure the quality of implemented solutions, compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards (quality, safety, environment); \- Manage project risks, anticipate obstacles, propose corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process; \- Prepare progress reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain regular communication with management and stakeholders; \- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, best project management practices, and complete documentation; \- Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field; \- Proven experience (minimum 3\-5 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, construction, or integrated solutions sectors; \- Technical knowledge of relevant components (HVAC, refrigeration systems, technical hotel furniture, professional kitchens); \- Leadership ability, effective communication, organizational skills, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams; \- Strong customer orientation, ability to work under pressure and in environments with multiple stakeholders; \- Proficiency in project management tools and methods for cost and schedule control; \- Availability for travel and on\-site project supervision when necessary.
