And it all starts with our Oral Health. **We are reinforcing our Clinic Reception team.** Reporting to Clinic Coordination, our Reception team will ensure personalized welcoming, guiding patients upon arrival and departure from the clinic. And it all starts with our Oral Health. **We are reinforcing our Patient Management team at the Clinic.** Reporting to Clinic Coordination, the Patient Manager will be responsible for accompanying the patient throughout their treatment from day one, ensuring: * Patient follow-up throughout the initial consultation and medical assessment process; * Formalization, together with the patient, of a Comprehensive Treatment Plan based on their needs and medical diagnosis; * Patient satisfaction and motivation throughout their treatment; * Other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the clinic.
