Further south, in Melides, we are participating in an exclusive luxury development. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Develop the work plan based on the project design and specifications, scheduling the necessary resources (materials / services / equipment), aiming at the technical execution of works as planned. * Ensure project execution in alignment with the budget and any re-budgeting, analyzing costs and revenues, as well as existing deviations, implementing necessary corrective actions to guarantee the achievement of economic objectives and deadlines. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Client regarding regular contract compliance, suggesting and negotiating possible changes to the project and/or work plan, as well as defined execution processes, aiming to improve project performance and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage human resources, planning and coordinating their allocation to various activities, ensuring appropriate productivity levels, as well as the motivation and commitment required for successful project execution. * Define, implement and monitor construction plans in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety, developing corrective actions when necessary to ensure high levels of Quality and Safety and minimize environmental impacts. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management and 5 years in coastal protection works; * Expertise in construction planning and cost control, contract management, legislation, and construction processes applicable to maritime-port projects; * Leadership and teamwork; * Planning and organization; * Results-oriented and problem-solving focus; * Communication and influencing skills.
