Responsibilities \- In-person and telephone customer service; \- Vehicle reception and service request registration; \- Creation, monitoring, and closure of repair orders; \- Service scheduling and workshop calendar management; \- Communication among clients, mechanics, and technical supervisors; \- Preparation of quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents; \- Cash handling and payment processing (where applicable); \- Updating computer systems and document archiving; \- End-to-end customer follow-up, ensuring clear information regarding timelines and costs. Requirements \- Minimum secondary education qualification; \- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in a workshop or automotive sector); \- Proficiency in user-level computer applications; \- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; \- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; \- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and proactivity; \- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
