Job Summary: We are seeking a Software / Cloud Engineer to work on backend development, data pipeline construction, APIs, dashboards, and monitoring—ensuring data integrity and operational support. Focus on backend development and distributed architectures We are a company with 25 years of experience, market leader in cleaning and disinfection services (domestic and industrial), certified by the Portuguese Environment Agency, and we aim to strengthen our team: **Software / Cloud Engineer**. **Location:** Madeira **Mobility:** Travel to Porto **Contract type:** Indefinite term (assigned to PRR project) **Desired Profile:** * Backend development for IoT data ingestion * Construction of data pipelines * Development of APIs and integrations * Implementation of dashboards and alerting systems * Assurance of data quality and integrity * Implementation of logging, auditing, and monitoring mechanisms * Integration with external systems * Operational support for the platform in real-world environments **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field * Backend development experience * REST APIs * Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) * Data processing * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or equivalent) * Experience with IoT systems * Data pipelines / streaming * Visualization tools (dashboards) * Monitoring * Distributed architectures * Analytical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team * Solution-oriented mindset **We Offer:** · Competitive compensation package: base salary, meal allowance, thirteenth and fourteenth salaries, and flexible working hours · Employment contract · Integration into a solid and growing company **Submit your CV:** candidaturas.ambiente.2022@gmail.com **Contact:** 911 161 154 Count on our support to achieve your goals.
