DELL Professional Monitor Model P2217H with Image Display Issue!

Used item with unknown image-related fault! It powers on and operates normally, but displays an image issue! Sold for repair/recovery purposes only. Sold as-is, in its current condition. The monitor operated without any issues for 4 years. Suddenly, this problem appeared—visible in the provided photos—and persists continuously. The monitor powers on normally, and almost immediately these lines/shadows appear, sometimes accompanied by a faint buzzing sound. These symptoms occasionally disappear for very brief periods but reappear almost instantly. The issue is present approximately 95% of the time while powered on! It has never undergone any repairs! Aesthetically, it is in excellent condition! The screen shows no scratches, stains, dents, or cracks; neither does any other part of the monitor. All rear and side ports are in perfect working condition! It is sold complete with all original accessories: various cables, software, instruction manuals, plastic screen protector—except the original cardboard box.
