Job Summary: We are seeking a Steel Structures Draftsman to produce and develop technical drawings, interpret engineering designs, and support production. Key Highlights: 1. Initial training and mentoring LUSOTENDAS, a company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and installation of aluminum structures, is currently recruiting a Steel Structures Draftsman to join its team. **Responsibilities** * Production and development of technical drawings for steel structures; * Reading, interpretation, and analysis of engineering designs, technical drawings, and sketches; * Development of 2D and 3D drawings to support production and assembly; * Preparation of drawings, material lists, and corresponding technical dossiers; * Creation and updating of fabrication and assembly drawings; * Support to the production team in interpreting drawings and clarifying technical issues; * Other duties inherent to the professional category and area of activity. **Profile** * Secondary or higher education, preferably in Technical Drawing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Professional experience in technical drawing, preferably in steel structures; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **SolidWorks**, particularly in 2D and 3D drawing (**mandatory**); * Knowledge of materials, profiles, and construction solutions will be an advantage; * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Dynamism, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally. **We Offer** * Employment contract; * Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Integration into a solid, expanding company with strong technical expertise; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Initial training and mentoring; * Opportunity for professional development and career progression; Type of position: Full\-time Work location: On\-site
