Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. **The Role?** The Fixed Assets Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accounting, control, monitoring, and reporting of the Europe, North America, ANZ and LATAM Fixed Assets reporting to GFS Fixed Assets and Intercompany Manager This role ensures that all capital expenditures, asset additions, disposals, transfers, depreciations, and asset records are accurately maintained in compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The position also leads asset verification exercises, supports audits, and provides guidance to the fixed assets accounting team. Fuller has been recognized as one of the 'Best Companies to Work For' by Exame magazine. **What will YOU do?** ### **65% \- Fixed Assets Accounting, Control \& Compliance** * Lead the end\-to\-end accounting lifecycle for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, impairments, and asset master data maintenance. * Ensure accurate and timely month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close activities related to fixed assets. * Maintain the integrity of the fixed assets register, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and company policies. * Partner with Plant Managers, Operations leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate asset classification, capitalization, and tracking. * Monitor Construction\-in\-Progress (CIP) balances and coordinate the timely capitalization of completed projects. * Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliations, analyses, and documentation related to fixed assets. * Coordinate periodic physical asset verification activities, investigate discrepancies, and ensure effective compliance with SOX and internal control requirements. ### **15% \- Process Excellence, Automation \& Continuous Improvement** * Drive the standardization, harmonization, and automation of fixed asset accounting processes across the organization. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on ERP (SAP) enhancements, system implementations, M\&A integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives, while tracking relevant KPIs and performance metrics. ### **20% \- Team Leadership \& Collaboration** * Lead, coach, and develop the Fixed Assets team by setting clear objectives, managing performance, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Minimum Requirements** * 5–8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3–4 years in accounting or a supervisory role * Degree and professional qualification in Accounting (eg CPA or equivalent), Finance, Economics, or related field * Experience in capital project accounting and asset management. * Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles. * Understanding of IFRS, USGAAP, and depreciation methodologies * Experience of multinational companies or Share Service Center * Excellent written and spoken English * Deep knowledge and experience of ERP (ideally SAP), * Knowledge of SOX, compliance and internal controls related with Financial Reporting * Ability to lead, solve problems and communicate at all levels * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. \#LI\-AL1 \#LI\-Hybrid *H.B.
