Responsibilities \- Design and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy for in-house brands; \- Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that reinforce brand positioning and enhance brand visibility and appeal; \- Coordinate projects with internal teams as well as external agencies and partners; \- Ensure consistency of brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints; \- Identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing initiatives; \- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvement based on results. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; \- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management roles; \- Prior experience in the luxury jewelry and/or watchmaking sectors (preferred); \- Analytical, creative profile with high rigor and attention to detail; \- Knowledge of tools such as ERP, CRM (Salesforce), Shopify, and Microsoft Office is an advantage; \- Fluency in English.
