Ensure the definition and implementation of the Group's Information Systems strategies and policies, enabling the maintenance and evolution of optimized business processes, supporting and enhancing the business with differentiation and innovation, while acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.
**Main Responsibilities**

1\) Develop and update high-quality code(s), in accordance with defined functional and technical requirements;
2\) Actively collaborate in code reviews, pair programming, and/or collaborative problem resolution;
3\) Collaborate directly with Product Owners, Designers, and Business Analysts to analyze and understand required specifications and ensure delivery of aligned functionalities;
4\) Write unit, automated, and integration tests to ensure robustness, security, and ease of maintenance of developed code;
5\) Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across various development, testing, and/or production environments;
6\) Contribute to system design, related technical documentation, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines;
7\) Stay up-to-date with industry/sector best practices, tools, and technologies;
8\) Support the release process as well as post-implementation activities, including monitoring and optimization.

* Experience: 3 to 5 years
**Education**

* Level 7 \- Higher Education (Master's Degree)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fields

* Proficiency in 1 (or more) programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, C\#) (Mandatory)
* Frontend and/or Backend methodologies (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, Node.js) (Mandatory)
* REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (e.g., SQL and NoSQL) (Mandatory)
* Version control systems (e.g., Git) (Mandatory)
