We are looking for an experienced Bartender passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and excellence in service to join our team and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and coffee according to established standards * Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all served beverages * Maintain daily organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the bar area * Monitor stock levels, consumption, and waste * Place orders and communicate restocking requirements * Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety procedures * Deliver professional, welcoming, and personalized service * Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service * Comply with and enforce existing SOPs **Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender * Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails * Strong customer orientation and commitment to service quality * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively * Professional appearance and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment * Fluency in Portuguese (English is an asset) * Alignment with a demanding, collaborative, and excellence-focused culture **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Rotating schedule * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development * An organized structure with clearly defined procedures * A new project with its own identity and strong growth potential **Work Location:** On-site Compensation: 1 100,00€ \- 1 200,00€ per month Work Location: On-site
