Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing the store and team, coordinating, developing, and motivating staff, while ensuring smooth operations and quality standards. To reinforce our success, we are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of our "Houses", who will support the Store Manager in achieving the company-defined store and team objectives. About the Role: * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, enhancing your colleagues' skills * Manage the cash register and the entire store to maintain—and whenever possible, improve—our standards * Create schedules for your colleagues and monitor labor costs * Implement safety rules for staff, monitor HACCP compliance, and ensure the store remains clean and disinfected * Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all store equipment Soft Skills: * Passion for Food Tech * Goal-oriented * Organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict management, and feedback delivery * Entrepreneurial mindset and stress management * Flexible working hours * Enthusiasm and positive attitude * Teamwork and communication skills Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Store Manager (ideally in restaurants, bars, or cafés) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office What We Offer: * Employment contract and salary commensurate with candidate's seniority * Opportunity to join a project from day one and understand how a successful company grows and evolves * Possibility to work in all our stores, both within and outside Portugal * New colleagues and friends * Schedule: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,050.00 – €1,150.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Experience: * Assistant Store Management: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
