Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CGI Visualiser to join our Design Studio team, focusing on creating realistic 3D visualizations for architecture and design projects, particularly in real estate and hospitality. Opportunities for growth and autonomy in a dynamic environment. Utopia is recruiting a CGI Visualiser to join the Design Studio team for real estate development and hospitality projects. This role is fully remote, with collaboration during CET or UK working hours, and involves creating 3D models, visualizations, and renders for architectural, interior, and exterior projects—primarily at the conceptual stage. **Responsibilities:** Work closely with architecture and design teams to plan and visualize exterior, interior, and architectural projects; Produce 3D models and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent; Develop architectural concept sketches in collaboration with the Design Director; Collaborate with exterior and interior design teams; Present original conceptual ideas based on client requirements; Create custom materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona Render, aligned with interior designers’ selections; Model or source FF\&E 3D elements according to exterior and interior design team selections; Model custom furniture from sketches or visual references; Produce sketch renders and quick previews for internal review; Create interior and exterior renders; Work in an agile environment and collaborate using project management tools such as Jira; Clearly present concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; At least 5 years of experience as a CGI Exterior Designer; At least 3 years of experience as a CGI Interior Designer; Solid experience in completed 3D visualization projects; High proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering; Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, and other visualization tools; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Professional-level English, both written and spoken; Portfolio required; Highly motivated, autonomous, and confident in presenting conceptual ideas; Ability to work collaboratively in a team and within an agile environment. **Offer:** Full-time position; Fully remote work; Collaboration during CET or UK working hours; Exposure to global luxury hospitality projects across Europe, Africa, and Latin America; Integration into an international, multidisciplinary team; Environment with high levels of ownership, initiative, and autonomy; Opportunities for internal growth within a rapidly expanding company; Collaboration with architecture, branding, landscape, and operations teams; Exposure to premium standards, materials, finishes, and luxury design references; Opportunity to influence guest experience through design; No visa sponsorship or relocation package is provided for this position. **About the Role:** This position is suited for an experienced professional in CGI and architectural visualization, capable of transforming concepts, sketches, and references into realistic and effective imagery—contributing to hospitality projects with strong aesthetic, functional, and emotional components.
