Regular mentoring We are recruiting a **Platform Engineer** (m/f) to join our team in Maia, with the possibility of hybrid work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Programming knowledge in Go and/or Python; * Experience with containers and orchestration, including Kubernetes; * CKA or OpenShift certification (mandatory); * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar) and GitOps tools (e.g., Argo CD); * Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably Azure or GCP); * Experience using monitoring and observability stacks such as Grafana and Prometheus; * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), including Terraform and Crossplane; * Solid Linux knowledge; * Fluent English (C1). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled projects; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and employee referral bonus.
