Career development plan with real advancement opportunities Mais Óptica is recruiting an Optometrist / Orthoptist (M/F)! **Your responsibilities:** Reporting to the Store Manager, your mission will be to ensure excellence in visual health services and provide personalized and technical support to our customers: * Conduct vision examinations and other optometric procedures in the clinic; * Prescribe appropriate visual solutions based on customers' needs; * Support the sales process by providing personalized advice aligned with Commercial Department guidelines; * Contribute to achieving store and company objectives. **What we are looking for in you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or Orthoptics; * Clinical experience (preferred); * Proficiency in using optical equipment and materials; * Strong knowledge of MS Office; * Experience with SAP (preferred); * Customer-oriented profile, team spirit, and willingness to grow. **What we offer:** * Full-time employment contract; * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience; * Continuous training and specialized mentoring; * Career development plan with real advancement opportunities; * Corporate benefits.
